Fertilizer Plant for Agricultural Waste Disposal

At present, in urban and rural areas of our country, including stations, wharfs, urban areas, and rural areas, there are more and more domestic garbage, which has become an important source of pollution that affects the quality of the environment.

Domestic waste is different from the filter mud, sludge, feces and other materials that have been discussed before. The composition is quite complex, and the thickness varies. It must be sorted before use. The various compositions of garbage also vary from region to region, and the content of its components varies due to different seasons. The main components of general garbage are shown in Table 6-25.

In addition to the main components in Table 6-25, domestic waste also contains very rich trace elements. However, in order for plants to absorb various nutrients in the garbage, the garbage must be comprehensively treated, and then processed into organic compound fertilizers that can be accepted by farmers. The process flow of producing compound fertilizers from agricultural wastes is shown in Figure 6-7.

Since the garbage contains various insects and egg germs, if it is not disinfected and sterilized, it will inevitably cause public nuisance pollution and seriously affect people’s health. Therefore, it is necessary to spray with disinfectants such as chlorammonium butyl solution, bleaching powder essence, etc. to eliminate various insects and bacteria before garbage processing. The sterilized garbage can be used as a compound fertilizer material after sorting, and then processed, some can be directly crushed, and some need to be fermented.

The treated material is mixed with chemical fertilizer to produce compound fertilizer, and the process is basically the same as that of sludge production of compound fertilizer. The compound fertilizer produced by garbage is also suitable for various crops and plants, and its application method is the same as that of ordinary organic compound fertilizer. It has been proved by practice that the organic compound fertilizer produced from garbage can have a greater effect of increasing production.
